Chalet cost break down(for those staying overnight)
if 10 person stay overnight, each person will be paying 8.5 for chalet
if 5 person stay overnight, each person have to pay 17 for chalet

if 10 person comes for BBQ, each person have to pay 10 for food
if 5 person comes for BBQ, each person have to pay 20 for food

so if more people come, the lesser we have to pay. :)

Everyone! Sorry for always initiating outings so late, but anyway would everyone like to go for KBOX on Monday? You can all bring your friends/girlfriends/boyfriends along. Details are as follows:

Please do not be late, cuz I'll be doing a reservation in order to save more money. Although I think no one ever reads the blog anymore, I thought I'd just post here anyway. Movies Tomorrow

Hey everyone sorry for the really late notice. Tmr there will be a mini movie and dinner outing. I suggested to a few people that we're gonna watch Monster House but I just found out it will only open on 31st August. So we can't watch that. Anyone has any suggestions? Is Ant Bully fine? Please tell me tonight cuz I'm so freaked out now that there isn't this movie available unless there is the sneak preview.

Oh yes, most likely we'll meet at Plaza Singapura or Dhoby Gauht MRT at about 6pm for dinner and then either watch the movie at Cathay Cineplex or In GV Plaza itself. Dinner suggestions also open. And if everyone doesn't mind, we can all have ice-cream at Ben's and Jerry's after the movie! XD

Please inform me who will be going tonight ok? If I do not respond to you on msn, please text me. My number is on the class list. And you can bring your friends/girlfriends/boyfriends if you want. Looking forward to seeing you all tmr!

Sorry for being so late in posting this! Blogger could not be logged in last night and the photos took a long time to upload. But anyway rejoice cuz we all had fun! XD

ming- Died in vietnam, top 10 billionaire in Vietnam

trung trung- Died in vietnam, top 10 billionaire in Vietnam, manager of a 5 season winning EPL team

sisi- Died, with a fortune left over for her children

shaomin- Lived to a ripe old age, having her first great grand children at young age of 72 and died eventually

vanessa- Died in africa, came back to singapore eventually, but in ashes and urn

mark- Died in the street

sengyung- Died with reputation of top Singapore manager in Fifa, lead Singapore team to victory in FIFA for 2 times in 12 years

xiaorui- Died with noble prize award winner for inventing tightest security ever for last 20 years

yecao- Took over China, president of China. Holds funeral in Tian An Men, billions of people attended

005 and the other myanmar mates- Died with honours from myanmar for being a diplomat to other countries, promoting Myanmar regional relations with other countries

yan hong- Died as first lady of china

zhou xiao - Died in peace in China

luan shuai- Died together with his model wife

kelvin- Died with reputation of being the top basketballer from Singapore

andy- Died eventually, having 11 children, 121 grand children and 1331 grandchildren when he died. Booked half of national stadium for funeral

kenneth- Died due to car accident with his 13 years old son

teng yeow- Died with many kids fighting over his fortune

yun feng- Died as a reputatable hairless monk, forgotted about his wolverine hairstyle

joel- Died without sense of hearing due to over screaming from his fans, had too much concert

Outings after exam

The study group at Jurong East Library on Thursday has came up with many ideas for class outings during this 2 month holiday. Everyone can provide suggestions and we can see how we can fit the outings with everyone's schedules. =)

August
23rd - Joel suggests having steamboat for dinner at Marina after the ENGMEC paper, since Yanhong will be flying back to China on 24th.
24th - Tentatively, Sentosa but as to what activities, we'll see how.

Everyone, its best if you all can come for these two activities above because some of our overseas mates will be going home. So enjoy their company before they leave!

Contining the previous post of 1D4 future, do you now ever wondered what our lives would b like in 50 years down? most of us would reach our late sixties, and many of us would have found our place in society.

(dear readers, these are made for the fun of it, and none of them is true in real life)

just take a while and think,

melissa - eventually settle down and married to some high rank commander met at NDP

ming- retired at early age at 40, playing with grandchilden at age of 50,

trung trung- join ming in retirement, enjoy candle-light dining with spouse.

sisi- married, staying with her husband, with 2 children, running a listed engineering company in china.

shaomin- kids grew up, eventually, shaomin have her first grandchild at tender age of 45.

vanessa- nothing is known about her since she is at africa

mark- turns to become sg's top programmer, but spent all money and had to become a beggar at orchard road.

sengyung- become top soccer manager, lead a Singaporean Team into Fifa world cup 2046 to finals, but that match had not started, so results is unknown. :p

xiaorui- computer programmer-game software creater based in china, famous after making his version of PSP which has anti-theft system. Using similar logic sequence and created games which are anti theft, because of this, many companies looked for him and invited him to make security system in buildings. Eventually settle down with Singapore, CISCO. At young age of 45, he became the head of security in CISCO.

yecao- married, engineer in china. wants to have 2 child and overthrown one-child-policy in China.

005 and the other myanmar mates- become top diplomat to other countries that speak chinese after learning how to speak and write chinese

yan hong- wins ms universe consecutively for 3 years for china, become First lady in China.

zhou xiao and - engineer, living a quiet life

luan shuai- Married to a top model in china.

kelvin- retired from basketball after winning MVP for 15 years. Switched to training top basketball and lead a team to NBA. Successfully defeated many teams and become champion team in the world.

andy- happily married with 11 children, and 121 grandchildren.

kenneth- succeeded in helping fight for teens to get their driving license at 13 (beat US), sg's daredevil on automobile, car business prosper to become top car dealer company in Asia, creating his own brand of car which is as good as ford (fast only rolling downhill)

teng yeow- due to selling too much computers and computer hardware, teng yeow became top billionaire after Bill Gates die.

yun feng- Wife slapped him after singing 'bad day' in his wedding day, doesn't want to marry anymore and eventually become one of the monk in temple, hair is botak now, every fan of him cuts into wolverine hairstyle asking him to come back to mediacorps, but he refused to.

joel- won guitar playing competition, joined a band and played for the band. Reminiscence his old relation with yun feng and decided to cut into wolverine hairstyle and known as the wolverine guitar player from then onwards...

this is the story of joel and yun feng in a classroom, joel said hi to yun feng but yun feng continue to ignore him

Joel decided to use a different approach, he threaten to eat Yun Feng up if Yun Feng continue to ignore him. Yun Feng as usual, ignored him.

Then, things changes, Joel confessed to Yun Feng, Yun Feng looked at Joel for few second and continue to do his work. Joel tried to force kiss Yun Feng.

Yun Feng accepted Joel proposal and become his girlfriend.

now, let get to the climax of this post by introducing a third person, the guy who Yun Feng met at national's day bbq party hosted by Van's cell group. Although most of us dont know who he is(might be a she, but i dont know, but lets take it as a he since we all know Yun Feng's sexual preferance :P). Is Yun Feng going to cross 2 boats with 1 leg(yi jiao ta liang chuan)?

Quotable Quotes

I had a suggestion from a classmate to write about Quotable Quotes by a particular someone in our class. These quotes have often spark many others to follow the trend of saying it, making it like a kind of speech used only exclusively in 1D4.

Everyday, this person would Aloha everyone, however no one ever seems to Aloha back. The most famous incident was during one MDCAD lesson, when a classmate came into class, the "famous Aloha-ist" shouted Aloha as usual, and got something really rude back [F*ck You]. But it still became the joke of the day.

Whenever our class is in the lift taking us downstairs, this same person would always say, "sorry arh, next round!" because the lift is full. And then the three male musketeers of our class has began to imitate him and has since replaced him as the sorry-arh-next-round guys.

And the all time favourite quotes are "zhen3 me4 le1", "bie2 zhe4 yang4 ma", "anything lor". These quotes has caused many classmates to suffer from long-term stomachaches as well has start to help everyone develop the much awaited six-pack. The origins of these quotes are pretty weird, actually. The person who suggested this entry just revealed the secrets. The origin of "zhen3 me4 le1" was when one classmate was tired and was lying on the table to rest. The Mr Quotes [shall we call him that from now on?] went over to ask, "zhen3 me4 le1". The origin of "bie2 zhe4 yang4 ma" came about when the three male musketeers were poking fun at Mr Quotes, and laughing at him. He told them, "bie2 zhe4 yang4 ma". Lastly, "anything lor"'s origin is when the three male musketeers ask Mr Quotes if he wants to play basketball and he would say, "anything lor"! However now, the three male musketeers have taken over the job of spreading these three grand quotes that would probably be around for as long as our class survives. =)

Last quote by Mr Quotes of this entry is his latest "just joking". Recently, whenever Mr Quotes say something wrong, he would take it as a joke by saying "just joking" when actually it isn't a joke at all. All his quotable quotes has indeed left a deep impression on every member of 1D4. And very soon, "just joking" would no longer be Mr Quotes' quote but the three male musketeers' new quote.

And yes, of course the three male musketeers have created quotes of their own. They have recently invented the newest and the coolest "nin2 zhen1 nei4 hang2", which means "you're so pro". They have taken the chance to use it at every available opportunity and create more laughter within 1D4.

With the newest quote, I end this Quotable Quotes entry. "nin2 zhen1 nei4 hang2"!

This is rather exciting. Our class has finally decided to create a blog to show how united and close we are. Look out for more pictures coming soon once everything has been collated!
